- I not too long ago purchased this pan to use on a gas cooker top. I are actually very pleasantly surprised w it! You never use above med. heat, the temp is evenly passed around, food is cooked w out a lot of messy cleanup and the pan itself is easy to completely clean ! One night we had just started barbecuing outside and ran out of gas-we completed “grilling” our steaks on our new Calphalon pan and they were delightful! The price was well worth it , and it has a lifetime warranty! We ‘ve made chicken, salmon, steak – it’s fantastic ! I recommend it for an easy and delightful way to grill inside.
- I love this Calphalon nonstick grill pan. It works exactly like I looked and wanted it to. Clean up is a breeze. Also, the price was very affordable. I had been looking for a pan to grill steaks inside the house and this tool caught my eye because of the good company name and the price. I know I ‘m visting get a lot of use out of it.

- I ‘ve been cooking quite a bit with this set and do recommend them to the perfunctory cook and or the professional.
The major thing I ‘ve noticed is the awesome heat submission move of these pans. I cooked at friends condominium a couple weeks ago on a crappy electric range and the tuna steak we were cooking turned out complete like I was cooking at home on my gas range. - I gotten a set of the Calphalon Contemporary as a gift and the outright matter I felt I was missing was a griddle, so I had to order this one from Amazon. This griddle pan has been astonishing . I use it for the whole thing ! Most times, I just wash it and put it right back on the stove since I know I’ll be needing it again right away. I can fit 6-8 pieces of bacon on it at a time , 4 pieces of toast, or 4 rather lavish pancakes. It’s a aspiration come true if you fix breakfast often. It ‘s the expert money I ‘ve spent in my kitchen and I would highly recommend it! .
- I have had many ‘non-stick’ griddles in my everyday life and they have gone to griddle heaven. This griddle is magnificent . I cook eggs (fry & omelets) on it without oil, butter, or any lubricant. They cook in a minute on low-medium shortly after the pan is warmed up first as the directions state. It cleans off with the wipe of a paper towel. Of course, later I wash it too! For your data, you can cook other things on it to if you wish, I do.

I got calphalon nonstick cookware set as a wedding gift and have been absolutely nothing but happy with them since the first time I used calphalon nonstick cookware. The calphalon nonstick cookware interior is wonderful. I have cooked a few unlike affairs including ground beef, pasta sauces, pasta, and mac and cheese. The meat browned nicely and never stuck to the pan (unlike my old aluminum pans where it would burn to the bottom). I even think the water boils faster … maybe it is just in my head, but I think the pans circulate heat more equally and the water boils faster.

I like the glass lids so I can see inside the pan. I are able to tell if the messages are boiling or simmering (whichever is called for in the recipe).

I blocked about the pasta sauce in the pan nightlong and it cleaned out easily the next morning… just a quick rinse and it was clean. The cheese from the mac and cheese wasn’t even a worry a problem I let that sit, too (I ‘m not precisely the quickest at cleaning up), but it came right off with no extra endeavor . So far, they have been the easiest the easiest
